Ide Yasuaki formed a band in the late 1990s with bassist Katsumi Shirono and drummer Shota Takagi. They released their debut album 'Requiem of the Falling Sun' in 2000, followed by 'The Shadow of Death' in 2003 and 'Crimson Eclipse' in 2005. These albums established them in Japan's heavy metal scene.
In 2006, the band released 'Magma,' with the title track becoming their most recognized song. Another track from that period, 'Reckless Fire,' also appears among their notable songs.
Yasuaki continued releasing albums including 'Nightmare After Nightmare' in 2009, 'The Crimson Dawn' in 2012, 'The Blackest Night' in 2015, and 'The Devil's Dance' in 2018. He was inducted into the Japanese Metal Hall of Fame in 2015.
