Ignispace

Ignispace came together in London around 2017. Their music doesn't settle into one genre, which made them a bit of an odd fit for the industry at first. They put out songs like 'Leap Of Faith' and 'Shinning Blue' that have a certain drive to them, built on rhythmic bass and drums that give the tracks a solid foundation.

Aria Solstice handles vocals, with lyrics that lean into personal and sometimes social themes. Orion Nova's guitar work adds melodic layers over that rhythm section. The band's sound has enough energy to fill a room, but it's the combination of those elements, the grounded rhythm, the floating guitar lines, the direct vocal delivery, that gives their music its particular feel.

They've faced some pushback for being hard to categorize and for the subjects they tackle in their songs. That hasn't really changed their approach. You can hear it in tracks like 'The Source' and 'Crowd Of Fools', there's a consistency to their sound and what they're trying to say.
