Ikarus Down formed in Los Angeles in 2003 with Ryan Mahan on vocals, Chad Johnson and Jeff Jenkins on guitars, and Brandon White on drums. Their debut single "Catch Me If You Can" came out in 2006 and did well on rock radio. That same year they released their first album, "Time of My Life."
Brandon White left the band in 2008 and was replaced by Aaron Burch on drums. They put out two more albums after that: "In The Wake of Our Discord" in 2009 and "Made of Scars" in 2013. Other songs from their catalog include "Critical Condition" and "Desirable."
Mahan, Johnson, and Jenkins remained the consistent members through the band's active years.
