Ilaria is an Italian pop band that formed in 2009 in Tuscany. The group has kept the same lineup since the beginning: Giulia Cavallari on vocals, Claudia De Seriis on guitar, Camilla Cioli on bass, and Alessia Volpicelli on drums. Their name references Saint Cecilia, the patron saint of music.
They gained wider attention in 2015 with the single "Vendo e Compro Oro," which reached the top of the Italian charts. The band has released four studio albums: "Viaggi" in 2012, "Il Mondo Nuovo" in 2015, "Futura" in 2018, and "In Volo" in 2021. Other songs in their catalog include "Dopo Un Grande Amore," "Favola," and "Il Contatto."
In 2023, Ilaria put out a new single called "Alba."
