That makes my spirit ache, and now I feel it everyday

Swelling up in me when I'm too scared to leave

Bleeding into everything

My flickering flame, dancing for rain that doesn't pour

Chasing shimmers on the desert floor

And I keep coming back for more

But there's no garden from the seeds

And I'm starving for meaning

But there's a weight and there's a worth

To every myth you make to kill the constant ache

Bleeding into everything
