In Love and War was a band built around David James's raw vocal delivery and songwriting. Their debut album 'A Mirror in a Dark Room' came out in 2012, with the title track becoming something of a signature piece for them. The band included Jeremy Isaacson on bass, Josh Musial on drums, and Max Johnson on guitar.
They followed that album with 'Echoes of the Past' in 2014 and 'The Veil of Shadows' in 2017. Their catalog includes songs with lengthy titles like 'Defiance Is Not Un-american' and 'He Who Lives By The Sword, Dies By The Sword.' Their final album, 'Unchained,' arrived in 2020.
