Archive material and source history
Inodoro was a band from Argentina that formed in the mid-1980s. Their song 'Tantas Historias' became particularly well-known, appearing on their 1985 debut album Desde el Umbral. The group included Juan Manuel Palacios on vocals, José Ignacio Urquiza on guitar, Roberto 'Fito' Páez on bass, and Mario Siperman on drums.
They released a few albums over the next decade, including a live recording in 1987 and a studio album called Reflejos in 1990. Some of their other songs that people remember include 'Carmela' and 'Noches de Frío'.
Inodoro's lyrics sometimes touched on social and political themes, which drew some criticism at the time. The band went through some lineup changes and periods where they weren't active. They put out a compilation called Antología in 1995.
