Inude formed in the early 1970s with Eliana Elias on vocals, Angelico Zanelli on guitar, Michelangelo Murano on bass, and Carlo Mastrangelo on drums. They played in underground venues, working outside the commercial mainstream of the time.
In 1975 they released the album 'Hudea,' which included the title track that became a cult favorite. The song 'Hudea' featured Elias's whispered vocals over swirling guitar lines and driving rhythms, with lyrics touching on loss and desire.
After that album, Inude put out three more records: 'Ethereal Embrace' in 1977, 'Cosmic Dance' in 1979, and 'The Garden of Shadows' in 1982. The band broke up in 1985.
