In 1973 she released 'Bye Bye I Love You,' which became a hit across Europe and Asia. The song's straightforward ballad style connected with listeners. She also recorded 'Feuer' and other German-language singles like 'Heut' abend hab' ich Kopfweh.'
She worked with other German singers including Freddy Quinn and Heino. She married Klaus Kohler in 1972, and they have a son named Sascha.
