Ivan Nilson was a Puerto Rican pop rock band that formed in the early 2000s. The group featured Ivan Orengo on vocals and songwriting, with Ruben Diaz on guitar, Luis Pagan on bass, and Luis Ortiz on drums. Their debut album 'Todo Puede Cambiar' came out in 2002, and its title track became their best-known song.
They released several more albums through the 2000s, including 'Sentimientos' in 2004 and 'El Mundo Gira' in 2006. In 2008, guitarist Ruben Diaz died in a car accident. The band continued afterward, putting out albums like 'Un Nuevo Amanecer' in 2010 and 'Evolución' in 2014.
