Jaan Kenbrovin

Jaan Kenbrovin formed in 1994 with Kenichiro Nishizawa on vocals and guitar, Yasuhiro Ujibe on bass, and Hiroki Kato on drums. Their early work was experimental, with Nishizawa's vocal style drawing attention for its distortion and unconventional approach. The band released their first album 'Beneath the Sea' in 1997, which included the title track that became one of their better-known songs.

Over time, their sound shifted from purely experimental rock to incorporate elements of electronica and jazz. They put out eight studio albums between 1997 and 2016, including 'Loveless' in 2001 and 'Planetarium' in 2016. Other songs like 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles' and 'Tiny Bubbles' appear in their catalog, though details about these tracks are sparse.

The three original members have stayed together through most of the band's run. Their music has been described as avant-garde and genre-defying, with a focus on creating atmospheric soundscapes rather than conventional rock structures.
