Tormented by my addictions, you left me alone in despair

The husband and father that I am no more

Sometimes I wish I didn't care

This darkness surrounds me

My heart is blinded, I can no longer see

Within my soul, agony remains

I try so hard to forget the man I used to be

Lost in the silence of what I can't find

Left to remember what I left behind
