Jadox

Jadox came together in Los Angeles with Jade Puget handling vocals and guitar, Chris Chaney on bass, and Josh Freese on drums. Their song 'Contact high' got some attention early on, though the details around that breakthrough are a bit hazy.

They put out a few records, including something called 'The Journey' and later ones titled 'Elevate' and 'Shadows.' The music had an experimental edge, pulling from rock and electronic sounds without settling into one category.

At some point, their lyrics addressing social issues drew criticism, particularly around an album called 'Rebellion.' They worked with other musicians too, like Moby and Billy Corgan, which brought different textures into the mix.
