Jake Houlsby is a musician who formed a band under his own name in 2010, with Emily Carter on bass and Adam Edwards on drums. Their debut album 'Echoes of the Storm' came out in 2012, and the single 'Howl' from that record got some radio play and built them a following. They've put out a few more albums since then, including 'The Howling Wake' in 2015 and 'In the Shadow of the Raven' in 2018.
His song 'Howl' is probably the one most people know, but 'Vondelpark' is another track that shows up in his catalog. The band's lineup changed a bit over time, with James Blackwood joining on keyboards around 2018. They kept making music into the 2020s, releasing 'The Edge of Darkness' in 2021.
