LaBrie's solo work includes songs such as 'Understand,' 'Euphoric,' and 'I Will Not Break.' He has released several albums on his own, including 'Elements of Persuasion' in 2005 and 'Static Impulse' in 2010. In 2010, he underwent vocal cord surgery, which temporarily affected his ability to perform.
