After Forevermore ended in 2015, Reid started releasing his own music. His 2017 album 'Palm Dreams' showed him moving toward R&B and electronic sounds, a shift from the straightforward pop of his earlier work. Songs like 'Bahala Na' and 'Hanap Hanap' came from this period.
He kept putting out albums, including 'Reid Alert' in 2018 and a self-titled record in 2020. These leaned into hip-hop and more personal writing, though they didn't reach the same commercial height as his boy band days.
