Lots of people say that rock and roll is dead,

I know it ain't so because it's coming out my head,

I know it and it's real, the music is flowing,

And the price is a steal,

Rock and roll is here to stay.

Everybody and they want to know,

How come a man loves music so,

I can't explain this feeling I get,

So high I think I am having a fit.

But it's a funny thing, yes is a funny thing,

Don't you know there's more to life than black and white,
