Jana Figarella is a Brazilian vocalist and songwriter from São Paulo. Her career began in the late 1990s when producer Rick Bonadio signed her to his label. Her self-titled debut album came out in 1998, featuring the hit single "Se Houver um Amor Maior."
In 2000, a legal dispute with Bonadio led to the cancellation of her album "Meu Jeito de Ser." She continued recording after parting ways with him, releasing live and studio albums like "Jana Figarella ao Vivo" in 2003 and "Nação" in 2006. Her songs include "Beleza Rara," "Canadá," and "Mínimos detalhes."
Figarella has worked with artists such as Milton Nascimento, Ivan Lins, and Seu Jorge. Her music has appeared in Brazilian soap operas and films.
