Javiielo is a band from Guadalajara, Mexico that formed in 2016. The original lineup included Javier López on vocals and guitar, Israel Juárez on drums, and Fernando Hernández on bass. They built their following through live performances and social media before catching the attention of Sony Music Latin.
Their 2019 single "Pa Los Gustos Los Colores" became a breakout hit, charting in Mexico and other Latin American countries. Other tracks like "Whisky a La Roca" and "Cenicero" with Jay Wheeler show their range. They've released two studio albums: "Javiielo & Su Gente" in 2020 and "El Niño Mamalón" in 2021.
The band's sound mixes regional Mexican music with modern beats and urban influences. Their current lineup adds Josué Aguilar on accordion to the original three members. They've worked with artists including Natanael Cano, Luis R. Conriquez, and Los Tucanes de Tijuana.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
