I lived in a mansion up in Hollywood Hills

I had rooms on floors that I ain't seen still

Married me a model who hung on my arm

Like a beautiful bracelet she was my lucky charm

Had a building full of people paid to fan my flame

So that life as I knew it would never be the same

I was larger than life, I made the camera lie

I walked the red carpet like royalty

I was Moses partin' that celebrity sea

I looked like a million and that's gettin' away cheap

Who said beauty was only skin deep

Even got myself a fragrance I can call my own

Me and Walmart got a line of clothes

And then one morning, to my surprise

My career just, up and died

I called my manager on the telephone he said

I walked up to a stranger I did not know

Now, all these years later, to my surprise

Take a few pictures, sign some autographs
