Jerry Di, born Jesús Alberto Miranda Pérez, started making music in Venezuela. He was part of a group called La Melodía Perfecta with his brother Gio before going solo around 2016. His song 'Mi Cuarto' from 2018 became his breakout track.
His music mostly works in reggaeton territory, sometimes touching on pop and hip-hop. Other songs like 'Vaticano' and 'El Diablo' followed, along with a 2019 album called '19' and a 2021 release titled 'La Serie'.
In 2019, Colombian singer Feid accused him of plagiarism, which Jerry Di denied. He kept releasing music after that, including a collaborative version of 'Mi Cuarto' with several other artists.
