Jhone Montes came from Arapongas, Paraná, and started making music in the sertanejo style. His song "Mulher Perfeita" became widely known, along with tracks like "Nossos Fãs" and "O Bom Menino." He worked with producer Rick Bonadio and put out his first album in 2008.
He kept recording through the next several years, releasing albums such as "Eu Quero Ser Seu Homem" in 2009 and "Deu Saudade" in 2010. Montes also collaborated with other Brazilian artists like Michel Teló and Gusttavo Lima.
In 2010, there were some claims about "Mulher Perfeita" not being original, which Montes disputed. He continued making music, with later albums including "Mais Perto" in 2012 and "Para Sempre" in 2014.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
