Ghost Town

I have cried enough tears to wash my dishes

I have paced all the roads in my heart

They're all dusty, abandoned and deserted

How'd I come to this Ghost Town

You were not one to show your true feelings

And by that I guess I should've known

When I knocked I was hoping you'd answer

There was spiritually nobody home

No one's left to wear the memories

Well I've gambled enough to be nervous

And I've lost enough bets to be dead

Someone should've examined my head

When you told me my eyes were the bluest

I went right for you hook, line and sinker

Altogether forgot they were green

Oh these wells are out of water
