Their song 'Perdidos Na Capital' came out of that time, a ballad about feeling adrift in the country's planned capital.
Their lyrics sometimes drew criticism for touching on social issues, which could be a tricky thing to do under military rule. They kept performing through it, and their first album in 1974 included that song. It's the one people still know them for.
