They built a following in Japan's underground rock scene through intense live shows. Their 2001 album 'Aimless' brought them wider attention, with the title track and songs like 'Aravesque' and 'Fall of Leaves' showing their mix of punk, metal, and experimental sounds.
Their lyrics often dealt with dark themes, which sometimes drew criticism. The band went on indefinite hiatus in 2005 after internal tensions, then reformed in 2011 with some lineup changes for touring. They never quite regained their earlier momentum.
