Julian Baglietto was born in Rosario, Argentina in 1951. In 1970, he formed the band La Trova Rosarina with Silvina Garré, Jorge Fandermole, and Adrián Abonizio. Their debut album was called "Trova Rosarina." He released his breakthrough work "Juntando Almas" in 1973.
One of his most recognized songs is "Zamba de La Tierra Mojada," which was written by Carlos Di Fulvio. The song has remained popular in Argentina for its connection to the landscape and identity.
He continued writing and performing through that period.
