Justiça Suprema formed in 1993 in the Jaguaré neighborhood of São Paulo, founded by DJ Hum, Nego Jam, and Edi Rock. Their debut album 'O Samba Poético' came out in 1997. The group's sound was built around DJ Hum's production, Nego Jam's lead vocals, and Edi Rock's sharp lyricism.

They released several albums including 'País do Futebol' in 1998, 'Nação Hip Hop' in 2000, and 'Triunfo' in 2002. Songs like 'Hip Hop (Talentos)' and 'Não a Escape' became part of their catalog. The group reunited in 2010 with their original lineup.
