Their debut album shared the name Kal Ho Na Ho. Alongside the disco track, it included a title ballad and another song called "Maahi Ve." The project's sound was built around the kind of upbeat, film-friendly production that Vishal-Shekhar were known for at the time.
There was some minor discussion about their album including a cover of the Bee Gees' "Staying Alive," but it didn't really slow things down. For a while, "It's The Time To Disco" was just one of those songs you'd hear at parties.
