Kang Suji is a musical ensemble that formed around lead vocalist and songwriter Kang Suji. The band includes guitarist Minji Lee, bassist Jihye Park, and drummer Hyojin Kim. They released their debut single "Blue Moon" in 2017, followed by "Violet Fragrance" the next year.
Their song "Violet Fragrance" became particularly well-known. In 2019, Suji's performance at a music festival drew criticism that some found inappropriate, though she continued to perform and speak about self-expression. The band released an album called "Indigo Shade" in 2022.
