Kaos

Kaos formed in Los Angeles in the late 1990s with Sarah Jones on vocals, Ethan James on guitar, Emily Stone on bass, and Jake Wilson on drums. Their early sound was raw enough that record labels passed on it, but they kept playing shows and built a following in the city's underground scene.

In 2003 they released the album 'Zjust Begun,' which included the title track that became their breakout song. The album pushed them toward a wider audience, though their lyrics about rebellion and personal struggles had already drawn some criticism in their earlier years.

Their catalog includes songs like 'Algoritmi,' 'Arkham Asylum,' and 'Ciao Ciao.' The band's lineup stayed consistent through those recordings, and they kept making music that felt direct and unpolished, even as their reach grew beyond the clubs where they started.
