ik hem oorlogen gestookt, ik heb rampen uitgelokt
'k heb zoveel mensen afgemaakt, ik ben den tel al kwijtgeraakt
soems heb ik wel verkeerd gegokt, maar dat hee niks uitgemaakt
want ik heb alt' heel uitgekookt het evenwicht hersteld
en da zei hem onder 't drinken, zonder ogen te verpinken
en wij lieten het bezinken, want eigen lof kan stinken,
en wij als struize binken die den drankvoorraad doen slinken,

die mysterieuze man die durfden wij ni t' onderbreken
in nikske tegenspreken, mor wij hemmen toegekeken
hoe hem door den drank bezweken, toen de uren zen verstreken
in de pisbak had gezeken met een stuk in zijne frak
't klinkt misschien wel overdreven, wij die in ons ogen wreven
zagen hem ineens wegzweven door het venster nor derneven
en voor ons die achterbleven was het eigelak oem het even
wie oep die pisbak had geschreven: jesus christ is back
