ik vond vechten te gevaarlijk en van sjotten was ik vies
en met marrebollen spelen da was ook al niks persies
speelgoedauto's en soldaatjes trok ik door in de WC
maar d'r was er toch één spelleke da'k met grote goesting dee
as kik nen hoop met maskes zag dan konder van oep aan
dakkik met grote goesting vragend tussen hun ging staan:

nu zenne kik volwassen, ne vent gelak nen boom
maar gaan leren voor doktoor, da bleef altijd maar nen droom
ik was te loemp voor te studeren, en zekers veel te lui
maar plots dacht ik bij m'n eigen in een creatieve bui:
ik trek die witte stoffrak aan, waar 'k altijd in verzoop
en ik hang rond mijne nek nen ouwe stetoskoop
en dan gaan ik naar het ziekenhuis, ik wandel door de poort
"dag dokter", zeggen verpleegsters tegen mij en ik gaan voort
'k loop hier rond gelak nen echte, 'k heb het goed onder de knie
en dan vraag ik in de wachtzaal van de gynecologie:
