Kazuyuki Matsumoto is a Japanese vocalist who first gained attention with his 2012 single "Break Out." The song's driving energy and anthemic quality connected with listeners, helping establish his presence. He had debuted two years earlier with a track called "Romance." His work includes songs like "Carry On," "Now or Never," and "Crawling In The Rain."

In 2014, there were some public allegations about similarities between his song "Hikari" and another work, which he denied. He later spoke about dealing with mental health challenges in 2018. His recorded output includes albums titled "Alive," "Believer," and "Horizon."

He has worked with musicians including guitarist Seiji Kameda, bassist Kenjiro Murai, and drummer Shunsuke Mori. Other collaborations include tracks with Akane Sawa and Marina Inoue.
