Kidä formed in Glasgow in 2019 with Jamie Scott on vocals and guitar, Ben Moran on drums, and Lewis Cochrane on bass. Their debut single '15 Quid' came out the following year, a song about financial strain that found a quick audience.
They put out a self-titled EP in 2021, then another called 'Emotive' in 2022. Other tracks from that period include 'Bone Mother' and 'Girls'. Lewis Cochrane left and Ross Hamilton came in on bass.
