Knorkator formed in 1994 with vocalist Stumpen, guitarist Buzz Dee, bassist Alf Ator, and drummer Sebbo.
They put out albums like "Die Senkrechtstarter," "Zu Alt," and "Ich Bin Der Boss," mixing metal, punk, and electronic sounds. Tracks such as "Der Ultimative Mann" and "Eldorado" show their style, which often uses irony and dark humor to look at love, sex, and mortality.
Their live shows are known for high energy and spectacle, sometimes involving flamethrowers or giant inflatable props. The band has faced criticism for raunchy music videos and performances, but they've said their work is meant to provoke thought and challenge norms.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
