Kolidescopes formed in the early 2000s around frontman Ethan James, with Aiden Blackwood on guitar, Noah Carter on bass, and Liam Hayes on drums. Their debut album 'The Fragile Thread' came out in 2003, and they followed it with 'Shades of Grey' in 2005. That second album included 'When Friday Comes,' which became their best-known song.
Carter left the band in 2008, and Emily Rose joined as bassist for their third album, 'A New Dawn,' released in 2011. Kolidescopes disbanded in 2015. Their other notable track is 'Torn.'
