Their debut album came out in 1985, and they built a following with a raw, aggressive thrash sound. The band's lyrics, delivered by vocalist João Gordo, often took on police brutality and political corruption, which didn't always sit well with authorities.
Songs like 'XENOFOBIA' and 'Democracia Para Que?' made their political stance clear. They kept releasing albums through the late '80s and into the '90s, including 'Sonho Cruel' in 1986 and 'Guerrilha Urbana' in 1988. The lineup included guitarist Sergio 'Fritz' Di Sabbato, bassist Roberto 'Betão' Pimentel, and drummer Silvio 'Bibica' Hernandes.
They faced some censorship and pushback for their outspoken material, but kept at it. Later albums like 'Metal Nobre' and 'K.H.A.O.S.' came out in the early '90s, and they were still putting out records like 'Anarkophobia' in 2010.
