Archive material and source history
L5 was an all-female French pop group formed in the late 1990s with five original members: Lydie Pages, Alexandra Llorca, Claire Lavogez, Marjorie Parascandola, and Coralie Gelle. Their debut album 'Imaginarium' came out in 1999 and included the track 'Toutes Les Femmes De Ta Vie,' which became one of their better-known songs.
They released several albums over the next few years, including '5' in 2001 and 'Nouvelle Ère' in 2003. In 2002, Claire Lavogez left the group after a public disagreement with Alexandra Llorca. The band returned in 2007 with a different lineup and the album 'Reborn.'
Their music included songs like 'Atout Coeur,' 'Aime (This Is Who I Am),' and 'Contrôle.' While popular, they sometimes faced criticism for what some saw as overly commercial performances.
