The song's simple, catchy melody and Lamarque's distinctive vocal delivery made it hard to miss.
They followed that success with albums like "Sang d'Encre" in 1999 and "5" in 2005. Other songs in their catalog, such as "À Tous Les Dimanches" and "Frères de sang," show a similar straightforward pop sensibility. Their sound generally stayed within a blend of keyboard-driven pop and programmed dance rhythms.
