Their music included holiday songs like "Arre borriquito" and "Los Peces En El Rio," but they also faced trouble with authorities. In 1977, they were arrested for violating censorship laws, which brought them attention for their views on free expression.
The band's lineup changed over time, with Jorge "El Chiquis" Amaro on vocals and guitar and David "El Rolas" Aguilar on drums among the members. They kept playing through the challenges, their songs becoming part of the soundtrack for many in Mexico.
