A group that worked traditional Latin rhythms with a few contemporary touches.
For a sense of their sound, 'Sin Ti' is the obvious place. 'Hoy Que Te Vas' works, too.
They put out a string of albums in the late 2000s and early 2010s, anchored by songs like 'Sin Ti' from their 2007 debut. Their catalog holds steady vallenato tracks like 'Que Paso Con Tu Vida' and 'Hoy Que Te Vas', the kind of stuff that just sticks around.
Omar Geles, Jhon Mindiola, and the others started playing together in 2006. They released 'Sin Ti' in 2007, then kept putting out records like 'Amor de Mis Amores' and 'La Leyenda' through 2012.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
