They released albums like "La Salidera" in 2006 and "Mi Meneo Diferente" in 2009, followed by "La Verdad" in 2012 and "El Tren de la Salsa" in 2015. In 2015, Herrera faced immigration fraud charges in Miami, but the band kept performing. Some traditionalists criticized their urban influences, though they maintained their approach as part of Cuban music's evolution.
Their later work included "Cuba Linda" in 2019. The group's recordings blended mambo, salsa, and urban rhythms with danceable grooves.
