Lagoa was a Brazilian rock band that formed in 1983. They're best remembered for their 1985 single "Revista de Mulher... Pelada," a song whose provocative lyrics about nudity and women's magazines sparked considerable debate at the time. The band was led by vocalist Ney Matogrosso, whose theatrical performances and elaborate costumes were part of their live shows.
The original lineup included guitarist Zé Rodrix, bassist Júlio Porto, drummer Eduardo Agni, and keyboardist Pedro Aires alongside Matogrosso.
