Las Robertas formed in Buenos Aires in 1995 with Maria Jimena Pereyra, Micaela García, Florencia Bertotti, and Valeria Bertuccelli. They released their self-titled debut album in 1998, which included the song 'Back To The End.'
Their music blended rock, pop, and folk elements with harmonies and introspective lyrics. Over the next decade, they put out four more albums: 'Música para después de amar' in 2000, 'Escúchame con los ojos' in 2004, 'Debut' in 2007, and 'Amores raros' in 2010.
Other songs like 'Ghost Lover' and 'V For You' show their range. The band disbanded in 2011, but their recordings continue to find listeners.
