Lautaroh formed in Argentina in 1994, with Flavio Cianciarulo as the frontman. Their self-titled debut album came out the following year, and it included the song 'Lejos' that became widely known in Argentina and some neighboring countries. The band's lineup at that point included Guillermo Porro on guitar, Federico Ghazarossian on bass, and Marcos Moyano on drums.
In the late 1990s, the group went through some internal conflicts and member changes. Moyano died in 2001. After that, Lautaroh continued with different musicians and kept recording. They put out albums like 'Canción para un loco' in 2003 and 'El amor es más fuerte' in 2007, and their sound incorporated some folk and tango elements alongside rock. Another track people know is 'TU SED'.
