For a sense of their sound, 'Standing In The Dark' and 'When She Was Mine' still frame what they do. They're reliable that way.

They landed a number one album with 'Chapman Square' in 2012, and songs like 'Standing In The Dark' became live staples despite a plagiarism claim that was later cleared. Their catalog holds straightforward pop-rock tracks like 'Love and War' and 'Die For You' that have kept a fanbase listening for over a decade.

They started as Terra before becoming Lawson in 2011, releasing 'When She Was Mine' that same year. After drummer Adam Pitts left in 2017, the band kept going and reunited with him for a tour in 2021.
