Leapy Lee was born Graham Pulleyblank in 1939. He started performing in the late 1950s with a band called The Delta Five, though their early singles didn't catch on. By 1968, he'd adopted the stage name Leapy Lee and released 'Little Arrows,' a ballad that went to number one in the UK. The song's melody was later the subject of plagiarism claims, which Lee denied.
He put out a few albums after that, including 'Little Arrows' in 1968 and 'Leapy Second Album' in 1970. He worked with The Shadows and Cliff Richard at times. Beyond that, there isn't much to say about his career, he had one big hit and then faded from the charts.
