Lee Roy Parnell

Lee Roy Parnell came out of Texas in the early 1990s with a sound that leaned into country but kept some blues in its back pocket. In 2000, Parnell was in a serious car accident that sidelined him for a while. He eventually returned to making music, though his output slowed. Tracks like 'All That Matters Anymore' and 'Back In My Arms Again' kept that same unvarnished quality he'd always had.
