Legados formed in Mexico City in the late 1990s around vocalist Luz Elena González, guitarist Alejandro Marcovich, and bassist Jay de la Cueva. They released their self-titled debut album in 2002, which included the track 'Apareciste Tú.'
That song became their breakthrough, connecting with listeners across Mexico. The group followed with albums like 'Legados II' in 2004 and 'Legados III' in 2007, and later recorded a symphonic version of their material in 2015.
