Their debut album, 'Sueño con Mujeres Muertas,' came out in 1999 and included the track 'Héter,' which became a hit. They followed it with albums like 'Compañeras de Viaje' in 2002 and 'Magia Negra' in 2005.
In 2009, the band had to change their name to Chetes after a legal dispute over the Legionarios moniker. Their lyrics sometimes drew criticism for being explicit, but they maintained it was part of their artistic expression. Songs like 'Que Bom Que Acabo' kept their sound in rotation, even as the name change marked a shift in their career.
